Revision Zero was engaged to provide structural steel detailing and 3D modeling services for a medical campus located at 20360 Birch Street, Newport Beach, California.

The campus consists of two core and shell Class A buildings totaling 64,000 sf. Building 1 is 19,978 sf and Building 2 is 44,000 sf. Both buildings feature expansive lobbies with high-end fixtures, lush landscaping and outdoor courtyards. Each building is designed for OSPHD-3 medical clinics to support numerous uses including outpatient surgery and dialysis.
