In 2023, Revision Zero proudly completed the HVO ROM & Flotation Project, a significant undertaking for one of our esteemed clients. The project is situated 24 kilometres northwest of Singleton in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, a globally recognized hub for premium coal production.
Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) is a large-scale, open-cut mining complex celebrated for its production of world-class thermal and semi-soft metallurgical coal, primarily destined for export markets. As part of the HVO Continuation Project, this initiative is set to extend the operational life of the HVO North mine from 2025 to 2050 and the HVO South mine from 2030 to 2045. This long-term vision underscores the site’s commitment to meeting global coal demand, sustaining local economies, and upholding the highest standards in safety and environmental stewardship.
Revision Zero once again played a pivotal role in this critical project, delivering advanced workshop detailing and 3D modelling services. These services encompassed structural steel, plate work, conveyors, and ancillary steelwork, ensuring precise fabrication and seamless construction phases.
