HVO HOWICK CPP WALKWAY

Revision Zero successfully finished the HVO Howick CPP Walkway in the second quarter of 2025. This project is a part of the Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) coal mining project, which is located approximately 24 kilometers north-west of Singleton, New South Wales, Australia.

The Howick CPP Walkway is an engineered access structure designed to provide safe, controlled movement for personnel within and around the coal preparation plant. As part of an active industrial processing environment, the walkway is intended to support routine operational access, inspection, and maintenance activities associated with elevated or difficult-to-reach plant equipment and conveyor systems.

Revision Zero’s scope included 3D modelling services and the preparation of drawings for structural steel for approximately 20 tons along with approximately 260 Linear meters for handrail and total of 194 square meter of grating.

The new structure was designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing framework, and Revision Zero’s expertise in interfacing with pre-existing structures ensured an accurate, precise, and constructible fit during installation, maintaining both operational efficiency and compliance with all safety standards.
