Bengalla CHPP Expansion – Underpan Package

Revision Zero successfully completed one of many packages for the Bengalla Mining Company’s Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP) Expansion, located approximately four kilometres west of Muswellbrook in the Hunter Valley. The expansion is designed to increase Run-of-Mine (ROM) production capacity, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of overall coal processing operations.

Revision Zero’s scope on this particular , delivered between June and July 2024, involved 3D modelling services and the preparation of platework components. This included approximately 2.44 tons of platework for the Reject D&R Screen Underpan (UN-503) and 3.88 tons for the Product D&R Screen Underpan (UN-502), totalling around 6.32 tons of fabricated platework.
