The Bengalla Mine, located just south-west of Muswell brook in the Hunter Valley New South Wales, has been operating since 1999 and remains an important source of high-quality thermal coal in Australia. Jointly owned by New Hope Group and Taipower, the mine runs around the clock and is well known for its focus on safety, strong community relationships, and responsible environmental practices.
In early 2025, Revision Zero had the opportunity to support Bengalla by providing crucial engineering work for their operations. Our team delivered accurate 3D chute models and detailed shop drawings, helping ensure that the components required for the site could be fabricated and installed without issues.
By combining technical expertise with practical understanding, Revision Zero helped reduce potential construction challenges and made the workflow smoother for everyone involved. Our clear communication and collaborative approach also contributed to a more efficient review and installation process.
