As part of the 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭, Revision Zero was assigned the responsibility in early 2025 of developing a precise 3𝐃 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐤, forming the basis for all downstream engineering and construction activities. The scope included the creation of 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, ensuring accurate representation of all tank components, dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications in accordance with applicable codes and project standards.

In addition, 𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 were produced to support on-site construction activities. These drawings provided clear guidance on tank assembly, lifting arrangements, orientation, sequencing, and interface points with foundations, piping, and associated equipment.

The Revision Zero deliverables ensured 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 between design, fabrication, and erection phases, minimized rework during construction, and supported 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of the project. #revisionzero
