Carrapateena Stage 2

Continuing Our Legacy at Carrapateena

Revision Zero is proud to continue our long-standing involvement in the Carrapateena Project, having contributed to multiple stages over several years. Awarded the Carrapateena Stage 2 Project, we are building upon our previous work, supporting one of South Australia’s most significant mining operations.

Located 100 km southeast of Olympic Dam and 160 km north of Port Augusta, Carrapateena is a major copper and gold producer, yielding over 65,000 tonnes of copper and 67,000 ounces of gold annually. The underground sub-level caving method used in this operation requires high-precision steel structures to ensure safety and efficiency—an area where Revision Zero excels.

With extensive experience in structural steel, plate work, and conveyors, our team continues to play a vital role in delivering detailed 3D modelling and comprehensive shop drawings to facilitate seamless fabrication and construction.

Scope of Work Highlights:
🔹 Primary Crushing Station Steelwork – access platforms, crusher liner, tipple stop log, and under-pocket door steelwork
🔹 Underground Conveyor Systems – collection, transfer, and trunk conveyors, drive pulley and sheave frames
🔹 Mine Services & Facilities – underground workshop and associated steelwork

Our expertise has been integral to multiple phases of this project, and we are honored to maintain our contribution to one of Australia’s largest mining developments. A big thank you to our dedicated team and project partners for their continued trust in our work!
