The Mount Arthur Coal Mine, located in the Hunter Valley, NSW, is the state’s largest energy coal mine and has been operating since the 1960s.

As part of its 2023 site renovation, Revision Zero successfully delivered the CHPP Guards — a project requiring precision, collaboration, and the smart use of technology.

We began by scanning the existing conveyors and mechanical works, producing a detailed point cloud model. This was imported into Tekla, enabling us to design the replacement screens and supporting steelwork with exceptional accuracy.
