Revision Zero completed the Garrett Residence in early 2023. It was situated in 150 Big Leaf Court Healdsburg, CA 95448.

The Garrett Residence is a single-family residence with a pool, attached garage and a landscaped yard. The structure consists of wood framed floor and roof, with steel beams supporting long clear spans and cantilevers which supported on pier and grade beam foundation. The homes radiating shapes wrap around the round crest of the hill in interaction with bordering wooded settings.

Revision Zero undertook this project, which includes 3D modeling services as well as the preparation of drawings for structural steel weighing approximately 65 tons.
