Russell, a founding partner of Revision Zero, has played a pivotal role in its growth into an internationally renowned construction modelling company. As he transitions from operational responsibilities to a directional role, Russell looks forward to continuing his support and development of the next generation of management within Revision Zero.

 With a career spanning from his early days as a boilermaker welder through to the founding partner of Revision Zero, Russell has sat on numerous industry boards, including Steel Construction New Zealand and the National Institute of Steel Detailing (United States). His recent role as President of the Philippine Construction Modellers Association further underscores his extensive experience and leadership in the construction industry.

Paul, an experienced Director, Property Developer, and Business Leader, brings a wealth of expertise to Revision Zero. With a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in Accounting, Commercial Law, and IT Systems, coupled with decades of experience, Paul has a proven track record of success. As the former owner of an internationally awarded multi-national Construction Modeling company, he possesses invaluable insights into the industry.

Paul’s appointment as board chairman reflects Revision Zero’s commitment to succession planning and leadership continuity. In this role, he provides strategic direction to the firm’s executives and employees, guiding the company towards its long-term objectives and setting the tone for its corporate culture.
