The Bengalla Mine, located just south-west of Muswell brook in the Hunter Valley New South Wales, has been operating since 1999 and remains an important source of high-quality thermal coal in Australia. Jointly owned by New Hope Group and Taipower, the mine runs around the clock and is well known for its focus on safety, strong community relationships, and responsible environmental practices.

Revision Zero successfully finished the HVO Howick CPP Walkway in the second quarter of 2025. This project is a part of the Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) coal mining project, which is located approximately 24 kilometers north-west of Singleton, New South Wales, Australia.

The Shell Crux Cantilever Piperack project, successfully completed by Revision Zero in 2025, is located approximately 190 km off the Kimberley Coast of Western Australia and 620 km north-east of Broome.

The Collinsville Coking Coal Mine Project, successfully completed by Revision Zero in 2023, is located approximately 80 kilometres from Bowen in the northern part of Queensland’s Bowen Basin. Recognized as Australia’s oldest operating coal mine, the Collinsville site continues to supply high-quality thermal and coking coal to both domestic and international markets.

Another of the many comprehensive packages of work on the Carrapateena Project, Revision Zero was commissioned to complete the BIM modelling and Shop Detailing of the Carrapateena Coarse Flotation Plant.

Revision Zero continues its involvement with the Carrapateena copper-gold mine. In early 2021, Revision Zero completed the Carrapateena Cleaner and Regrind Circuit at the mine, situated 250 kilometers southeast of Prominent Hill and 160 kilometers north of Port Augusta, South Australia’s regional center.

The Mount Arthur Coal Mine, located in the Hunter Valley, NSW, is the state’s largest energy coal mine and has been operating since the 1960s.

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the Bengalla Mine Feeder Project in Q1 2025 — a testament to our commitment to delivering precision-engineered solutions for Australia’s mining industry.

Revision Zero successfully completed one of many packages for the Bengalla Mining Company’s Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP) Expansion, located approximately four kilometres west of Muswellbrook in the Hunter Valley.

Revision Zero successfully completed the Miscellaneous Equipment project for the Albemarle Kemerton Plant in the third quarter of 2020, located in Kemerton, Western Australia, near Bunbury.

Revision Zero successfully delivered the Ravensworth CHPP Roller Screen project in Q1 2025, part of Ravensworth Operations Pty Limited – a wholly owned subsidiary of Glencore Coal Pty Limited.

Revision Zero successfully finished the Ulan Coal project in the third quarter of 2024. The project is situated approximately 45 kilometres north-east of Mudgee, close to the village of Ulan in central-west New South Wales.

For nearly a decade, Revision Zero has been actively involved in the Carrapateena Mine, one of South Australia’s largest mining projects of the past decade. In 2024, we proudly delivered another milestone within this legacy: Carrapateena Refrigeration Plant 2, extending our previous works on the mine’s refrigeration and cooling systems.

In 2024, Revision Zero successfully delivered 3D Modelling and detailing services for a small portion of the MR651 Warringah Freeway project, located within the Warringah Freeway corridor in Sydney, New South Wales.

Revision Zero has been proud to support the Cadia Mine for the better part of a decade, contributing to dozens of packages across one of Australia’s largest and most advanced gold and copper operations.

In Q2 2020, Revision Zero successfully delivered structural detailing services for Pump Station 1 at the Carrapateena Mine — one of Australia’s most significant copper-gold operations.

Revision Zero successfully completed the steelwork for the 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿, a structural element supporting the head-end conveyor system at the 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, located approximately 160 km from Port Augusta in South Australia’s Far North.

One of Revision Zero’s projects in late 2019 was the Greenbushes Talison Tailings. It is located approximately 250 kilometers south of Perth and Fremantle, a major container shipping port, and 90 kilometers southeast of Bunbury, a significant bulk handling port, in the southwest of Western Australia.

In Q3 2024, Revision Zero successfully delivered detailing and modelling services for the Bengalla Spirals Upgrade Launders project, located just southwest of Muswellbrook in the heart of the Hunter Valley, NSW.

One of our key projects in late 2024 was the Olympic Dam Expansion Storage Tank, located approximately 560 km northwest of Adelaide.
