🚧 Project Complete – Ravensworth CHPP Roller Screen 🚧

Revision Zero successfully delivered the Ravensworth CHPP Roller Screen project in Q1 2025, part of Ravensworth Operations Pty Limited – a wholly owned subsidiary of Glencore Coal Pty Limited.

Located in the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales, Ravensworth is a major export-producing open cut coal mine with an integrated coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP), operated by Glencore.

Our scope included 3D modelling and workshop fabrication drawings for approximately 23.6 tonnes of structural steel. The steelwork was designed to integrate with an existing structure, requiring precise interface modelling. In the video, you may notice elements without visible connections — these represent existing steel, accurately modelled to ensure alignment with the new fabrication.
