We’re proud to have contributed to the Product Ash Reduction Project at the Saraji Mine, one of Australia’s premier metallurgical coal operations, operated by the BHP Mitsubishi Alliance.
Engaged during 2025, Revision Zero provided comprehensive structural and mechanical detailing services to support upgrades to the coal processing facilities, helping improve product quality, processing efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
Our team delivered detailed 3D modelling and fabrication-ready documentation for:
- 240 tonnes of structural steel
- 411 metres of handrail
- 174 m2 of grating
The project included the detailing of:

- Equipment support structures
- Pipe supports
- Cable support systems
- Lifting frames
- Structural modifications
- Platework, collectors, distributors and sump components
Working within a live mining environment required meticulous coordination across structural, mechanical, piping and electrical disciplines to ensure all interfaces were fully resolved before fabrication and site installation.
Every drawing was developed in accordance with Australian Standards and project specifications, with a strong emphasis on constructability, safety, accuracy and efficient project delivery.
