The James Apartments

The James is a boutique development of 29 residences. Built by Core City Group, with architecture from Hulena Architecture Limited located in the heart of Newmarket, Auckland.

 

Seven level apartment complex with concrete floors and steel supports. Fabricated Steel roof and canopies & balconies. With only a total of 35 Tonne of steel, Revision Zero were able to complete this very quickly, on time and budget.
