The 135 Quinns Hill Rd Warehouse, located at 135 Quinns Hill Rd East, Gilberton QLD 4208, Australia, is situated within the Yatala–Stapylton industrial precinct in Southeast Queensland, a well-established logistics and manufacturing hub with direct access to the M1 Pacific Motorway. This strategic location supports efficient freight and distribution operations between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The facility forms part of a broader industrial development zone characterized by high-clearance warehousing, excellent transport connectivity, and heavy-duty logistics infrastructure designed to support large-scale warehousing and supply chain operations.

Revision Zero was engaged to detail 66 t of structural steel for the project, which included coordinated 3D modelling of structural steel components, steel connection detailing, and the preparation of fabrication-ready shop drawings

We were also engaged to provide 3D modelling and shop drawings of 32 large precast reinforced concrete panels which formed the building envelope with a total coverage area of 4842.4 m².

To increase fabrication efficiency and ease constructability, reviews were undertaken within the structural model to resolve potential clashes, improve coordination, and provide an accurate interface between the steel and concrete works.  

All detailing deliverables were developed in accordance with project specifications, applicable Australian Standards, and client requirements.
