The Ravensworth Tyre Change Facility is a specialised support and maintenance facility located within the Ravensworth mining complex in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia. The facility is designed to service and replace tyres on heavy mining equipment, including haul trucks, loaders and water carts, forming an integral part of the site’s maintenance and workshop operations.

Revision Zero was engaged to deliver comprehensive structural steel detailing services for the project, including detailed 3D modelling, fabrication drawings and construction documentation for approximately 60.30 tonnes of structural steel.

All documentation was produced in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and project specifications, ensuring accurate fabrication, efficient construction and safe installation throughout the project.
