In 2021, Revision Zero proudly played a pivotal role in completing the Cadia CXP Underground Project, located 25 kilometres from Orange in Central West NSW and 250 kilometres west of Sydney. This monumental initiative is part of the Cadia mine, one of Australia’s largest gold and copper mining operations, boasting ore reserves of 17 million ounces of gold and 3.6 million tonnes of copper.
Since 2017, Revision Zero has been a trusted partner in supporting various stages and expansions of the Cadia mine, working alongside multiple contractors, engineering firms, and fabricators to deliver tailored and innovative solutions.
The Cadia Expansion Project (CXP) represents a $865 million investment to extend the mine’s lifespan and enhance its processing capabilities. With the development of the new PC2-3 panel cave, the project has added another 10 years of mining, complemented by upgrades to the materials handling system and an increase in the processing plant’s capacity from 32 Mtpa to 33 Mtpa. These advancements showcase the commitment to sustainable and efficient mining practices.
At Revision Zero, we delivered precise 3D modelling and comprehensive shop drawings for critical components, ensuring seamless fabrication and construction. Our scope of work included:
✅ Inclined Conveyor CV-3033 Extension
✅ Ore Crushing CV 3023 – Triple Level, Crushed Ore Bin, ROM Bin & Workshop Level, and Motor & Hydroset Level
✅ Collection Conveyor CV3023
