The KHD Cement Platework project successfully completed by Revision Zero in June 2026, is located at the Cement Australia, Railton Plant in Tasmania. The project used KHD’s German design for the detailing and fabrication of steel plate components used in the cement plant’s material handling and processing.
The project included various fabricated assemblies such as steel plates, chutes, hoppers, and related structures that support the movement and transfer of materials throughout the cement production process. These components are engineered to guide, contain, and manage materials while maintaining reliable operation in demanding industrial conditions.
Revision Zero’s scope of work included detailed 3D structural steel modelling, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation for approximately 140 tonnes of steel piping, ducting and platework.
Revision Zero is proud to have contributed to the successful delivery of the KHD Cement Platework, demonstrating the company’s commitment to engineering excellence, precision, and high-quality structural detailing.
