Revision Zero contributed to the 405 Bourke Street project in Melbourne’s CBD — a premium-grade commercial tower delivering 66,000 square meters of office space across 40 levels. The project achieved high environmental credentials, including a 6 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating, and strong NABERS Energy and Water ratings.

The Olympic Dam Mine in South Australia is one of the world’s most extraordinary mining sites, holding immense deposits of copper, uranium, gold, and silver. Home to the largest known copper deposit and the single largest uranium deposit globally, Olympic Dam stands as a powerhouse of resources.

In the second quarter of 2024, Revision Zero successfully completed a commercial project in Armadale, Australia. This development included a three-story self-storage facility spanning 10,361 square meters of land, with a total gross floor area of 11,719 square meters. The facility provides storage units across three levels and incorporates office spaces, complemented by a drive-through access road for enhanced convenience—an optimal design for diverse business needs.

In 2024, Revision Zero successfully completed the Temporary Timber Bridges project in New South Wales, Australia. Located at Nirimba TAFE College on Eastern Road, Quakers Hill, approximately 45 km from Sydney, this project addressed a specific transportation requirement.

In 2019, Revision Zero achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing the Blue Rock Quarry Upgrade, strategically located in Cedar Creek, Queensland, Australia. In mid-2022, Revision Zero successfully completed a critical segment of the Moomba Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Project, located 800 kilometers north of Adelaide in the Strzelecki Desert of South Australia. In the last quarter of 2022, Revision Zero successfully completed the Boom Support Frames project. This project featured an innovative design comprising top and bottom bearing frames, which are vertically supported by three segments of 20-foot shipping containers positioned in the middle of each frame. Such was the case with the Bulga ROM Bin Access Stair project, completed by Revision Zero in mid-2023. Situated 15 kilometres southwest of Singleton, near the villages of Broke in Bulga within New South Wales Upper Hunter Valley, this project exemplifies our commitment to precision and excellence.

In mid-2023, Revision Zero achieved a significant milestone with the successful completion of the White Powersports New Warehouse & Office, strategically situated at 142 Kohia Drive, Burbush, Hamilton, New Zealand.

Revision Zero successfully completed the Doonside Railway Station project in mid-2022. Situated along the Main Western railway line, it stands at a distance of 38.3km from Sydney’s CBD.

Revision Zero successfully completed the Bengalla Mine Tailings Upgrade project in the first quarter of 2023. Located in the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales, approximately 130 km northwest of Newcastle and four kilometres southwest of Muswellbrook, the mine supplies international markets with around 7Mt/year of thermal coal.

Over the past eight years, Revision Zero has been extensively involved in construction modelling for a substantial portion of the Cadia development. In 2023, the successful completion of the Cadia East T1-T2 Regrind Gravity Concentrator project marked another milestone. This project is located approximately 25 kilometers from the city of Orange in central west New South Wales, about 250 kilometers west of Sydney.

Revision Zero successfully concluded the Hunter Power Station project in the final quarter of 2023. Situated within the confines of the former Kurri Kurri aluminium smelter site in Loxford, north of Kurri Kurri, the project spans approximately 35 kilometres west of Newcastle and 125 kilometres north of Sydney, within the Cessnock City Council local government area.

Revision Zero successfully completed the delivery of Construction Modelling, Fabrication and Erection Drawings for Prominent Hill in early 2022, strategically positioned 650km north of Adelaide and 130km northwest of Olympic Dam within the Gawler Craton of South Australia. The site is conveniently accessible via a robust gravel all-weather road network and air transport services.

Revision Zero successfully completed the Santos Area 1069 Tirrawarra and Area 1083 Moomba North project in the 1st quarter of 2023.

This project is located in the Southwestern portion of the Permian–Triassic Cooper Basin in central Australia. The Tirrawarra oil and gas field, the largest discovered in the basin, is approximately 50 km north of the Moomba processing facility.

In the last quarter of 2022, Revision Zero successfully completed the RTA Hopper Platform, situated at Rio Tinto’s Yarwun Alumina refinery in Gladstone, Queensland, Australia.

In mid-2022, Revision Zero successfully concluded a project involving Orica’s Tertiary Abatement Plant at Kooragang Island, strategically positioned at the entrance to the Hunter Valley. Orica Kooragang Island is pivotal in the company’s global operations and contributes significantly to the local and broader Newcastle community.

In mid-2022, Revision Zero successfully concluded the Tinderbox Cable Support project.

Revision Zero was tasked with delivering comprehensive support, including the creation of 3D models and the production of workshop fabrication drawings for structural steel weighing approximately 6 tons. The project encompassed the development of three cable support trusses and a pipe cable conduit. Despite its moderate scale, the project proved to be exceptionally gratifying.

Revision Zero successfully concluded the PIMS Mavis Down project in the second quarter of 2022. situated 139km southwest of Mackay, Queensland, Australia.

In early 2020, Revision Zero successfully completed the Northparkes Copper and Gold Mine project, situated about 27 kilometres north-northwest of Parkes, a central New South Wales town in Australia.

Revision Zero successfully completed the Wakefield Hospital project in early 2020. This hospital is strategically located in the Newtown suburb, 5km south of Wellington’s central business district (CBD) on a spacious 2.2-hectare site.

Revision Zero successfully completed the SB51 Launch Nose project in the first quarter of 2023. The Launch Nose steel, crucial for twin bridge launching, is strategically located approximately 14.7 kilometres south of Sydney along Airport Road, spanning the Alexandra Canal.

Tallawarra B Project was completed by Revision Zero in last quarter of 2022. It was located on the shores of Lake Illawarra at Energy Australia’s existing Tallawarra power station.

In mid-2022, Revision Zero completed a small portion of the Santos Moomba project, which is located 800km north of Adelaide in the Strzelecki desert in South Australia.

Revision Zero completed the St Marys Mew Program Wide Structure in the first quarter 2022. It is located on the Main Western line in the Western Sydney district of St Marys in the City of Penrith local government area of New South Wales, Australia.

Revision Zero completed the Garrett Residence in early 2023. It was situated in 150 Big Leaf Court Healdsburg, CA 95448.

In 2020, Revision Zero completed BIM and Shop Detailing the DBCT Ship Ladder project. It is located within the Port of Hay Point, approximately 38 kilometres south of Mackay, North Queensland, and 900 kilometres north of Brisbane.

One of the completed projects that Revision Zero was proud to have been a part of during 2018 was the Queenstown Holiday Inn Express & Suites, one of the most eye-catching new structures in Queenstown, New Zealand, and a 2022 Southern Architecture Awards Winner.

Revision Zero completed the Rocherlea Shredder & Electrical Building in early 2022. This project, located at 256 George Town Road in Rocherlea TAS 7248 Australia, is approximately 5.8 hectares in size, configured in a battle-axe shape, and situated on the outskirts of the rural-urban interface.

BAC (Bulk Air Cooler) Building was one of Revision Zero’s many projects completed in 2022. It is situated in South Australia’s remote and arid Gawler Craton, approximately 160 km north of Port Augusta.

Since 2018 Revision Zero has been working on the Carrapateena Underground Mine. In 2019 the works were completed. Revision Zero on the back of the work completed were awarded the Block Cave Expansion works. In 2021, one of the smaller packages were also award to Revision Zero, the Carrapateena Refrigeration Plant.

Macintosh Bridge widening was one of the completed projects by Revision Zero early in 2022. It is in Macintosh Street Forster, NSW.

Revision Zero was engaged as part of a larger package for the Bengalla Mine, located four kilometers Southwest of Muswellbrook in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, Australia.

One of Revision Zero’s projects in early 2022 was the Talison Greenbushes Clarifier Tank & Stand. It’s located in the scenic Southwest region of Western Australia in the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes.

In early 2022, McDonald’s Ruakura was another completed project by Revision Zero. It is situated in a part of 30ha Ruakura Inland Port, located at the nexus of the golden triangle of Tauranga, Auckland and Hamilton, adjacent to both the East Coast Main trunk and the new Waikato Expressway.

Revision Zero completed the Tas Water Bryn Estyn project in mid-2022. This project is located in Southern Tasmania, Australia with an aim to ensure future security for the area.

2022 Excellence in Steel Awards Finalist

Revision Zero undertook a joint venture with a leading Christchurch-based fabricator for the supply of BIM Modelling and Detailing services for the Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre project in the last quarter of 2019. It is located within the bounds of Moorhouse Avenue, Stewart, St Asaph and Antigua Street in Christchurch, New Zealand.

In mid-2021, Revision Zero was engaged to take on the structural steel detailing of the Old Geelong Road Pedestrian Overpass in Victoria, Australia.

The Mount Arthur Mine Workshop was completed by Revision Zero in Early 2022 The project is located five kilometers south of Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, Australia.

The Cosmos Nickel Project Headgear is part of the Odysseus Redevelopment Project, long-life, low-cost nickel sulphide in Western Australia.

One of the completed projects for Revision Zero in 2020 is the Rosala Avenue Bridge located in Altona North, Australia.

Alex Avenue Primary School was completed by Revision Zero in 2019. Located at the corner of Farmland Drive and the future realignment of Pelican Road, Scofield’s where is one of the fast-developing suburbs in the Blacktown Local Government Area, approximately 45 kilometers from the Sydney CBD in the north-west of Greater Sydney.

Queens Place is destined to be the most livable address in the world’s most livable city, prominently situated at 350 Queen Street at the verge of Flagstaff Hill in Melbourne, Victoria. A residential complex of twin skyscrapers will be among the tallest buildings in Melbourne and the tallest twin skyscrapers in Australia.

We recently completed work for one of our valued clients to upgrade a Hydrate Stockpile Facility, located in Gladstone, Queensland, Australia. This upgrade project will improve the reliability of the facility infrastructure.

In 2019 Revision Zero completed works on four very large Exhaust Baffle Assemblies and Storage Frames for the Mortlake Power Station located 12km west of Mortlake, Victoria, Australia. A wholly owned by Origin Energy, a leading producer of gas in eastern Australia.

OZ Minerals is continuing to expand its mining operations. Carrapateena is wholly owned by OZ minerals and one of the biggest mining projects in South Australia in the last decade. It represents one of the largest copper reserves in Australia. Carrapateena copper-gold project is located on the 250 km south-east of Prominent Hill, 160 km north of the regional centre of Port Augusta, in South Australia. It has the potential to produce 65,000t of copper and 67,000oz of gold a year over the mine’s 20 years life.

In mid-2021, Revision Zero was commissioned and completed additional detailing work for the Cadia Mine for Newcrest Mining. Revision Zero has been involved for four years on various stages of this mine with multiple designers and fabricators. This small additional scope of a modified feeder showed our customers commitment to working with Revision Zero.

The Nightingale Village is a collection of six neighbouring buildings, with a different award-winning architect designing each. The Village will be Australia’s first carbon-neutral residential precinct located at Duckett Street, Brunswick. This project required Revision Zero to work closely with Architects and Consulting Engineers.

A recently completed project of Revision Zero this year (August 2021) was the Goonyella’s Conveyor Upgrade it is situated in the northern part of the Bowen Basin, approximately 30 kilometers north of Moranbah and 190 kilometers south-west of the Hay Point port facilities in Central Queensland, Australia.

September 2021 Revision Zero marked a further project completion, the extended canopy for Arncliffe Station Upgrade located on the Illawarra line serving the Sydney suburb, Australia as part of the NSW Government’s more trains, more services program.

Glencore United Wambo Workshop and Store

The new $381 million United Wambo project is an open cut coal mine extension for Wambo Mine and United Mine located at NSW Hunter Valley, Australia approximately 16 km west of Singleton and 200km away from Sydney.

Luxury and accessibility collide at M-City, A project with a sophisticated master planned so called ‘mini city’ that is making a statement on Dandenong Road in Clayton, Victoria.

2020 marked a further project completion, Muir Street Bridge in Melbourne, Australia, an integral portion of the upgrade to the West Gate Freeway.

Revision Zero has completed the 3D modelling and structural steel detailing services of this Extension Hall for Regency Park Primary School in Wantirna, Victoria, 30km east of Melbourne.

A completed project for Revision Zero early in 2019 was the Ainslie Parklands Primary School – New Classroom Block, which is located in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Part of the Christchurch rebuild was the complete new construction of two schools Shirley Boys and Avonside Girls Colleges. Revision Zero was commissioned in September 2017 by one of the leading Structural Steel Fabricators in Christchurch to provide 3D modelling and detailing services.

July 2017 had Revision Zero complete structural steel modeling and editing of 138 tons of steel for Keith Andrews Trucks, New Zealand’s largest Fuso dealer, which has opened a new branch in Hamilton.

Fifty-One The Strand is a four-level, $2.7m office development on The Strand Tauranga.

Revision Zero was involved in the Boggabri Coal Handling and Processing Plant by way of completing the Train Load Out.

Revision Zero was commissioned to shop detail the platforms for the third Drier at the Synlait milk powder plant on the Dunsandel site in Canterbury New Zealand.

In 2015 one of Revision Zero’s most loyal and long-term clients required a detailing company to shop detail their new fabrication workshop.

Revision Zero was commissioned to do the steel detailing for Scottsdale Airpark’s latest development.

Brickworks Marketplace is a landmark new 48,000m² retail site, in Torrensville South Australia, with an estimated contract value of $40.2 million. The project consists of a retail complex including a Woolworths 4200, a Big W 55000, a Dan Murphy’s plus 40 specialty stores.

Revision Zero was asked to work with a Cambridge, New Zealand Steel Fabricator to complete structural steel drawings for Manuka Health’s new $ 3.5 million expanded honey factory in Carterton.  The steel fabricator has an in-house detailer but not the detailing capacity to complete the works on their own.

The New Zealand Defence Force’s (NZDF) new Battle Training Facility (BTF) was officially opened in 2014 by the Prime Minister, Rt Honourable John Key at a ceremony in Auckland.

In late 2013 Revision Zero completed steel detailing of over 330 Tonne of Structural Steel for a Mackay based fabricator.

RIO Tinto has awarded engineering firm Civmec with two contracts worth $A160 million for work at its $2.6 billion Amrun bauxite mine in Queensland. One contract is for the processing facility, while the other is for the part-supply of a stacker, reclaimer and shiploader. Rio said around 6,200 tonnes of steel would be required for the projects, which would be sourced from Port Kembla and Whyalla, and fabricated at Civmec’s Perth and Newcastle facilities.

Revision Zero was commissioned in 2017 to complete the modelling and detailed drawings for the Hornby High School Redevelopment. Hornby and the western corridor are among the fastest growing areas on the South Island.

The school was finished six weeks ahead of schedule and under budget, opened 30th January 2017. Located in Rolleston, the new $12 million Lemonwood Grove School has welcomed around 100 students.

Westfield Coomera development is a $470-million project to be completed in 2018 bringing more than 140 specialty stores, setting a new platform for dining, retail and entertainment on the Gold Coast’s northern end.

The James is a boutique development of 29 residences. Built by Core City Group, with architecture from Hulena Architecture Limited located in the heart of Newmarket, Auckland.
